All Spaz Stix paints are formulated for use on polycarbonate material. Specifically, clear bodies for R/C cars and trucks. Be sure to test compatibility when using on other surfaces.
Spaz Stix Solid White is an opaque color that can be used as a primary color in your paint scheme, and is specifically formulated to perform perfectly as the required backer for the Spaz Stix "Fluorescent" line of paints. It can also be used to back the "Candy" colors to produce the lightest, brightest combination possible.
Have you ever seen a neon sign in the middle of the night? Spaz Stix fluorescent paints are just as bright and vibrant. These colors are sure to make any car stand out on the track.
Spaz Stix Hot Pink Fluorescent paint is a translucent (see through) color that when applied correctly, will produce eye-popping results. Color so bright, you'd swear it glows! "Fluorescent" colors will spray out very clear, and will require several light coats to achieve best results. Applying too much paint at once will result in runs, cracks, and an uneven finish. After achieving an even finish with the Fluorescent color, you MUST apply Spaz Stix Solid White/Backer (SZX00200 or SZX00209), which will make your color "pop".
What makes Spaz Stix Ultimate Mirror Chrome so popular? Being able to see your reflection every time you look at it! Ultimate Mirror Chrome can be used as an accent, main theme, or "Candy" backer. Use it in combination with Spaz Stix Candy Colors for a colored chrome effect, or on it's own for a true chrome appearance on your bumpers, grill, and trim.
Ultimate Mirror Chrome is specifically formulated for use on polycarbonate R/C car and truck bodies. It is applied "inside" the body, and shines through the clear plastic. Ultimate Mirror Chrome MUST be backed with Spaz Stix Ultimate Black Backer for Mirror Chrome (SZX10200 or SZX10209) to achieve desired results. If the Ultimate Mirror Chrome is not backed, it will wipe away easily, and will have no durability.
When using Ultimate Mirror Chrome on an "external" application, or surface other than polycarbonate, it must be applied over a base coat of the Ultimate Black Backer. It will be necessary to seal the Chrome with Spaz Stix Ultimate Clear Coat (SZX10900 or SZX10909). Apply clear coat in very light coats, with ample drying time between coats. Applying too much clear at once will turn the Chrome into a grey color. Please note: It is difficult to achieve the full reflective qualities of this paint when used externally. ALWAYS practice on a scrap piece before proceeding with your project.
