Papa Willy’s Bubble Gum Traxion Tonic-
Designed for cold weather applications
For Track Temperatures that are 55° or colder
Aggressive Tonic and will soften the tire adding physical and dynamic grip to the rubber
To use:
Apply Papa Willy’s Bubble Gum Tonic directly to clean, dry tires. May be applied directly before racing; however, for best results multiple applications allowing the Tonic to soak into the rubber is preferred. As a race day prep, apply Bubble Gum Tonic 5-20 minutes before the next race. Adjust application time based on ambient temperature, humidity, etc. Bubble Gum Tonic is an aggressive blend and could cause damage to rubber RC tires. Bubble Gum Tonic is not recommended for super or mega soft tire compounds and user discretion is advised.

Papa Willy’s DarkHorse Traxion Tonic
Inspired by the Dark Horse Racing Team of Justin and Quinten Haley, Dark Horse Tonic (DH) is a specialty Tonic for *specialty applications. DH adds grip to tires without excessive softening allowing the racer to use more aggressive chassis setups while combating the dreaded “traction roll” on high bite/high grip surfaces. Often, a more aggressive setup equals faster corner speed and lower lap times.

To use:
Apply Dark Horse Tonic to tires 5-20 minutes before the next run. More applications equals better performance.
If tire softening is required, we recommend Papa Willy’s Tire Tenderizer prior to using Dark Horse.

Papa Willy’s Yellow Banana Tonic is hand blended and formulated for tracks that contain some moisture in the run line. These include a looser night-time wet dirt (not muddy) condition to indoor high bite conditions and all in between. Whether you’re on black dirt to red clay and various combinations of each, lap times will benefit from Papa Willy’s Yellow Banana Tonic.

Introducing Papa Willy’s Black Sunshine Tonic! Black Sunshine is a versatile product – as a break-in conditioner and as a traction enhancing Tonic. Black Sunshine will excel in hard packed loose top conditions as well as hammer down fast paced tracks. To finish it off, Black Sunshine boasts a scent that will drive the competition, as well as the ladies, crazy.
To use:
As a break-in conditioner: lightly scuff the tire to expose fresh rubber. Apply Black Sunshine Tonic with mild heat.
As a Traxion Tonic: apply Black Sunshine Tonic to clean, dry tires 5-20 minutes before your next run, dabbing any excess off at run time.

Orange Traxion Tonic
Papa Willy’s Orange Traxion Tonic (previously referred to as “Gold Tonic”) is a rubber tire prep designed for moist, high tracrion tracks that can take all the traction your car can produce. With a sweet orange scent, the Orange Tonic is a consistent A-Main podium finisher for low dust, high traction tracks across the United States.
To use:
Apply Papa Willy’s Golden Grape directly to clean tires. May be applied directly before racing, but works best when allowed to “dry-in”. We recommend applying at least 5 minutes before racing.

Green Apple Tonic
The inspiration for Papa Willy’s Green Apple Tonic was originally for use on spec tires such as Mudboss stock Slash spec tires and was going to be called “Boss Sauce”; however, reports are rolling in that the Green Tonic is a beast on very dry, loose dirt on race compound tires. With a hint of fresh green apples, Papa Willy’s Green is the Most Aggressive Tonic in our current line up.

*NOTE – in controlled lab results this product shows to weaken and soften rubber tires to a point where they are able to be torn with bare hands. Use cautiously and conservatively.

To use:
As Boss Sauce: Because most spec tires are composed of harder rubber we recommend a series of prepping and bagging the tires wet with our Green Tonic 3 to 4 days in a row prior to race day. Then, while at the track apply the Papa Willy’s Traxion Tonic of your choice to clean tires 5-20 minutes before the next run.
For Race Tires: Papa Willy’s Green Tonic dries faster than our Gold or Red Tonics, so it’s favorable to apply the Green Tonic to clean tires 1-5 minutes prior to the next run.
