With the Losi® NASCAR® No. 26 Wonder Bread Chevrolet ZL1 RC Race Car, you can put yourself in the driver’s seat and live out your Ricky Bobby fantasy anytime — in your driveway, in a parking lot, or at your local park. If you ain’t first, you’re last, and this ride was built to finish first.
Ricky Bobby's No. 26 Wonder Bread car is one of the most recognizable liveries in motorsports entertainment. Since the 2006 release of Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, that bold red, white, and blue Wonder Bread scheme has become a lasting symbol of the cultural crossover between racing and entertainment. Now reimagined on a modern NASCAR Next Gen Chevy body, this livery takes on a life of its own. It’s a pure fantasy build that asks: what if Ricky Bobby were racing today? This car has become a symbol of fun, speed, and the timeless appeal of not taking motorsports too seriously. Ricky Bobby's legacy continues blending racing energy with humor and making the car as memorable and impactful as the character himself. Now it's a hobby-grade RC you can actually drive, tune, and race.
NASCAR (the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing) is the sanctioning body for the Number One form of motorsports in America. NASCAR sanctions more than 1,200 races annually in 30 U.S. states and 11 other countries. Yet fans of the sport — and of Ricky Bobby — have never had the chance to show their passion for stock car racing by driving their own hobby-quality RC. Until now.
The Losi NASCAR RC Race Car isn’t like the toy remote control models you had as a kid. Hobby-quality RC is much more realistic, durable, and powerful, with sophisticated engineering derived from real vehicles that will last for years. If anything breaks, you can fix it. Help, encouragement, and replacement parts are available online or at your local RC hobby retailer if needed. You’ll find performance-boosting upgrades there, too. Adjust camber, tune the differentials, change the shock package, and more. Grow your technical skills and dial in the optimum handling for whatever surface you race on.
Straight out of the box, the Losi NASCAR RC Race Car is fully assembled and finished with the officially licensed Ricky Bobby No. 26 Wonder Bread livery. No additional items are needed. It’s equipped with top-quality components from the leading RC hobby brands. Even AA transmitter batteries are included. Charging up the LiPo battery takes less than an hour — the perfect time to look over the manual. Then you’re ready to go fast.
Any flat surface of around 20 x 40 feet with medium or high traction can be your speedway. Concrete, asphalt, and prepared or painted park courts for tennis and basketball work great. Set up an oval or road course with a few cones to recreate your own Talladega Superspeedway and race like the pros. With its composite chassis, metal-geared powertrain, independent suspension, and oil-filled, coil-over shocks, the Losi NASCAR RC Race Car offers versatile AWD on-road performance that even experienced RC enthusiasts will admire.
The Losi NASCAR RC Race Car is an easy way for all NASCAR-loving (and Ricky Bobby-quoting) friends and families to have racing fun together. No prior RC hobby experience is required. Show your loyalty to your NASCAR favorites — officially licensed liveries of top current teams and drivers are available, as well as clear bodies for recreating the scheme of your favorite driver. Grab the Ricky Bobby No. 26 Wonder Bread Chevrolet ZL1, get in the race, and shake and bake!
